At Plumbing Stockroom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds or exchanges may be provided.

1. Return Eligibility

- Uninstalled
- Unwashed
- In original condition

Products that have been installed, modified, altered, damaged through misuse, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the product qualifies.
Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
Plumbing Stockroom is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment when the customer is responsible for arranging the return.
7. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
A refund may be reduced or denied if the returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy.
8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
9. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and the order may be subject to the return requirements of this policy.
10. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If Plumbing Stockroom cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, an applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
